One to three inches of snow were predicted for earlier this week. John and the kids were really hoping for three or more but we stayed at just over an inch. The kids didn't let it get them down though. They still went out and tried to sled. It didn't go real well but I think they still had a fun time. They weren't able to stay out long though because the temps here were in the single digits and I wasn't going to let them get too cold.

oh my goodness ... single digits! CRAZY! They look so cute and grown up! Thanks so much for the tips about reading ... what do you think of the TAG reading system ... waste of money or good for a kid who loves, L-O-V-E-S to "read" her books. She will sit and flip through books for an hour! Oh, and BTW I would love nothing more than to see you guys again this summer!!!!!
