Bowling Buddies

Ellie & Ella at the bowling alley. I especially love the after the nap hair that Ella has.
Ella with Hannah watching her ball roll down the alley.

Sam showing off his unique bowling technique.

While there was still time left on Spring Break we went bowling with the cousins. The kids had a fun time bowling and dancing to the music playing at the bowling alley.

Science is Fun!

Ella plays the xylophone!

Sam, the human hamster.

Ella loves playing with the babies.

Sam uses the pulley to lift legos.

In order to get Sam out of the house, and away from the Wii on his spring break, we decided to head to The Discovery Center. The Discovery Center is a science museum here in Springfield that the kids love! There is nothing better than learning when you don't even know you are doing so.

Jump Mania

Sam had a birthday party with his friends and cousins at Jump Mania! The kids had a great time jumping and sliding on all the inflatables. They also enjoyed the pizza, cake and ice-cream in the party room.

Six!

Sam's new bike from Grandma and Grandpa.
Cars cake!

Star Wars Lego Wii- his favorite!

Who needs party games when you have Scott's
leg to jump over?

We had a birthday party for Sam with my family at Grandma and Grandpa's house. He had a great time. He loves being the center of attention so his birthdays are his favorite day of the year. Sam is my social child. He loves to be around friends and family. He is happiest surrounded by people. He asks to have friends over to play every day. He is also a sensitive child. I'm so proud that he cares about others but he often gets his feelings hurt which is difficult. Right now he is really into legos and his wii. He just finished basketball and is ready to start soccer in a few weeks.

Happy Birthday Ella!

Our little Ella has turned two! She went to the doctor this last week and is 50% in both height and weight. Her Daddy and I though think she is far from average in anything else. She is quite the little talker and is seldom quiet. Her vocabulary continues to amaze me every day. She has a great memory just like her big brother. I'm also afraid she is quite the diva as Daddy says. She loves bows, jewelry, really anything "girly" and has days when she will wear nothing unless it is a dress. Here are some pictures from her party this weekend. John's sisters and their families both came as well as my mom, dad, brother and sister, my aunt, uncle and one of my cousins and his family. She was truly spoiled with love and attention!

Bubbles!

Sam got a bubble maker from Aunt Dana for Valentine's Day. He and Ella took advantage of some warm February weather and had a great time.
